What are your print book terms and conditions?

All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received.

Please be aware that during periods of high demand it may be several business days before your order is shipped, regardless of the type of service selected.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern will not ship until the next business day. Orders placed Thursday afternoon might not ship until Friday, and orders placed on Fridays may not be shipped until the following Monday or next business day. We are unable to deliver books on Saturday or Sunday.

Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
