How do I search in The Bluebook Online?

By typing into the text box at the top of the screen, you can search The Bluebook's content and filter results to just the Whitepages or Bluepages as needed. Upon clicking on a given result in the search bar's drop-down menu, you will immediately jump to the respective rule in The Bluebook Online.

You can filter search results from the Bluepages and Whitepages, and see all results on a separate page. Search terms are highlighted on the search result page.

If your search text box tool at the top of your screen doesn't allow you to type in it, or nothing appears, your web security tools might be blocking our search tool, Algolia. Please ask your IT department to add Algolia to your allow list.
