Unable to stay logged in

If you are being logged out frequently while using the Bluebook Online, please read the following troubleshooting tips:

1. Is this account shared with more than one person? Please note that individual Personal subscriptions cannot be shared. Attempting to log in while someone else is logged in will log out the other user.

2. Alternatively, the cause could be a browser extension or software that will randomize your user agent, or antivirus or anti-track software. If this is the case, there should be the possibility to disable the extension, or whitelist the Bluebook Online domain, legalbluebook.com, to allow you access the website.

3. Please try logging out and using a different browser (i.e., Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.).

4. If none of these suggestions work, please contact us with the browser and version you are using at support@legalbluebook.com.
